For products that are found to be defective or faulty, kindly capture photos or videos and send them to us via email. Upon confirmation, we will replace your purchase at no additional cost.

Refunds:
Our replacement policy is valid for a duration of 7 days from the date of item receipt.
If the 7-day period has elapsed, you may still have the option to obtain a replacement for a discounted fee.
Regrettably, we are unable to process returns or refunds for cases of Buyer’s remorse or if you decide against the product due to shipping times or improper usage. If you have not yet received your refund, it may not yet reflect on your credit card statement due to billing cycles. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process refunds once we have received the returned merchandise. The actual time for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your banking institution.
